Ever since Sear went belly up . Their repair services began to go south as well; after several unanswered calls for repair services and no True fix to my problems, I canceled my contract with them.

Not able to find real issue. First person came and mentioned control board issue and placed order , after control board received second person came and say same issue so new board is also need to replace and placed second order. After receiving new board there’s person came and found out water pump is bad so placed order for pump which took 2 weeks to get it then forth person came and installed pump and washer is working. Basically poor diagnosis and took month to complete work.Service: Washing machine repair

Charles was fast and efficient putting in the part. Gave adviceon proper monthly cleaning and not to use too much soap . This causes problems. Also said monthly cleanings with purchased cleaning tables helps a grea deal. Hoping this newly reconditioned part lasts a long time. Nothing else he matte with my Sears Washer. I love it.
