“????? 5 Stars!!!!!?I've used this business on a couple occasions and most recently today.We were in a jam trying to Leave get out of town for our vacation and our washing machine was not working properly.I called them out and they made a special arrangement to get out here immediately to help us and got us up and running again.We could not recommend this company more!!!!!“
“I have had ZPlumberz to our home 3 times n the last 3 months. One visit was a true emergency, one visit was planned, and one visit was due to my absolute stupidity.I called at noon today because I had ground up my diamond earrings in the garbage disposer. ( Don’t ask). The dispatcher was great—kind, considerate —and she said I was on the schedule for today.Tyler and Kirby arrived 2 hr later. They were meticulous. They looked thru every part of the disposer. Picked out little mangled pieces with needle nosed pliers. They then took the disposer to the truck and disassembled it. They were able to find one more diamond.After installing a new disposer at a good price, they tightened the screws on the cupboard door as they were leaving!These two young men were helpful, kind, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile. They did everything with courtesy. As a manager, I would be proud to have these two employees on my team.“
