Parts counter help was very good, he gave me advice on which parts were needed and best way to fix my appliance DIY. Offered their tool rental to me, $20 refundable deposit, but I didn’t need that. He took me in order of the waiting line, including the phone call which he had to put on hold, to help me. very knowledgeable and professional.
Show room has a wide variety of working makes and models, including a wringer-washer if anyone still likes those.

Mike showed up as scheduled was courteous diagnosed the problem with our Fridgidaire freezer fixed it and gave a couple of maintenance instructions to help prevent a reoccurrence. Very satisfied and would highly recommend for anyone needing appliance svc.
Had to go through abc warehouse warranty originally booked Longton repair was a nightmare to deal with for a dryer repair. Warranty department found us new repair service. I never haaa dryer break so failure on other co to expect i know created more stress. Kemwhirl was able to know right away what was up. Mike was professional, knowledgeable and fixed Longdorn mistakes knew right away what was up. Appreciated his and company's honesty as we are moving within a week,he eased our stress.
