Jeff B fixed my mom's oven for us. He was very kind and explained everything very clearly. My mom just had elbow surgery and Jeff offered to clean behind the oven for her while it was pulled out, it was very nice of him!

Mark S. - Was our service guy on our fridge issue. He came out promptly, very polite, and very understanding about our frustration. It was a pleasure of having him come out to fix our fridge in a timely matter. Would refer Kenwhirl Appliance to family and friends and request Mark S. as the service technician. Very friendly and professional. I called for repair for my washer. They first checked to see if the parts were discontinued and not available before wasting my time and money. This is something other places I called do not do. Unfortunately I cannot replace the broken part. I was impressed with their professionalism and they saved me money and lots of time and hassle.
