I called on a Sunday about a sewage backup that had already dried. Actually, I tried another local company first but they didn't answer (and never bothered to call me back, even in the following week); First Contact took my call on Sunday morning and very shortly got back to me with a plan. The plan was conscientious about getting the job done and at a fair price. Then they executed, leaving my basement in better condition than before the backup.

They came with the right equipment, the right safety gear, proper insurance, a good size crew, all in uniforms, and did nothing but work hard the whole time.
