“From a completely flooded lower level 3 weeks ago today, to a completely restored lower level, many thanks Bill Rouston, owner, Incore Restoration Group and his amazing team, for making sure that my home was ready for my family to move in for a holiday. Bill managed all of the disaster clean up, contact with insurance and adjuster, and each company needed to complete the job. It was hassle free for me, and extremely professional. Most importantly, it was not stressful, as he handled it all. It takes a village, and this village was EXCEPTIONAL. From removing all the water, flooring, contents, electronics, EVERYTHING, and then bringing it all back with precision care, making sure everything was in its original place, including but not limited to furniture, electronics, art and photographs, and all contents, each team member was professional, kind, patient and did great work.
