“On June 25, 2026, I experienced every homeowner’s nightmare. A pipe burst or shifted, causing toilet water to rain through my ceiling and into the kitchen below. I was in complete disbelief, overwhelmed and honestly had no idea what to do. I immediately called Roto-Rooter.<br><br>The damage was extensive. My kitchen was essentially a total loss, and the upstairs bathroom was severely affected as well. I never felt pressured into making a decision.<br><br>Anyone who has experienced a major home reconstruction understands how stressful, frustrating and time-consuming it can be—especially when you are without a kitchen for months. There were moments when the frustration became overwhelming, and even when I wasn’t at my most professional, Eddie and Chris remained patient, focused, kind and empathetic. That meant more to me than they probably realize.<br><br>I also want to recognize Eric, the manager, who has been involved from day one and has worked closely with me throughout this project. He has also coordinated with the city inspectors, including Jack Johnson and his manager, Brackett Ross, as we worked through the required plumbing and code upgrades.<br><br>After everything this house has been through, it finally looks like I may be reaching the point where the rough plumbing inspection can be approved and the walls can finally start going back up. That is a HUGE milestone for me!<br><br>So, thank you, Roto-Rooter, for sending some of the kindest, most professional, knowledgeable and thoughtful skilled tradesmen to my home.<br><br>I am not a plumber—and fortunately, I don’t have to be when I have the right professionals on the job.<br><br>What impressed me most was the combination of skill, communication, transparency and compassion. I was given estimates every step of the way. My options were explained clearly, including the advantages and disadvantages, and ultimately I was trusted to make the decision that was best for me.<br><br>I am genuinely grateful that I had the opportunity to meet and work with these incredibly talented skilled tradesmen.<br><br>Excellent work.
