Joel came out within the day to test an area of my kitchen and crawlspace that showed signs of possible mold. Sure enough there was mold there and he was able to come back quickly and remediate. It’s helpful that they quote for worst case scenario so you know what you might have to deal with and have a pleasant surprise, if it’s not as much.
