We came to First Contact from a recommendation that a plumber gave us while he was repairing a leak. We got immediate service and a plan in short order. Mr. Baumer was very clear about what his firm would do, the order in which the work would be accomplished, and the timeline. Now life intervened, of course, but all the work was done on schedule, and the workmen were very good about consulting us and performing an excellent job. If, God prevent it, we find ourselves in a similar situation again, we would contact First Contact first, and we would probably have the firm do other work of a similar nature, repair, refurbishing, and the like.
