This company has been godsent. In my time of panic and being overwhelmed by my basement being flooded this company was a calm in my storm. Tracey was very responsive and professional, he kept me informed of all the steps and the progress. Melvin and his team came out so fast and got the work done efficiently. I am forever grateful for them. if this ever happens again they will be the only company I call and I will refer them to anyone I know.
We had a very positive experience working with Master Care Restoration services. When we reached out, Tracy Davis came to check things out immediately. We felt overwhelmed but Tracy was very patient and walked us through everything step by step. From start to finish he kept us informed and updated, which was highly appreciated since excellent communication skills are a rarity these days. He was also mindful of our budget and provided solutions accordingly.

These guys get the job done! They are professional, timely and the work speaks for itself. Tracy Davis was such a pleasure to work with. He kept us up to date on everything and the line of communication was always open. He is very knowledgeable about his craft and I couldn’t have asked for a better team to work on my home. I would highly recommend Master Care!
