“As soon as we walked in the door we were greeted by Dr Soviar and his staff. All our paperwork was ready to go awaiting our signatures. Dr Soviar did a very throughly job on examimn my eyes and stays in contact with Dr Vassier at Frasier eye Clininc who is watching my cataracts and Macular degeneration that Dr Soviar noticed in my right eye. His staff helped me pick out frames and in no time at all we were finished“

“I called today to make an appointment for an eye exam. The first woman I spoke to I believe her name was Maryann? Very rude. Upon answering I told her I “possibly” wanted to make an appointment, really just used that word because it’s so hard to get into places anymore, and she sounded confused then asked what I wanted? So I explained I was due for an eye exam and she was like “Okay? So do you wanna make an appointment or not because you said possibly?” Not sure why I was given an attitude because obviously I want to make an appointment for an eye exam I wouldn’t have called if not.. Everything was then redeemed by Jody because she was very sweet and helped me after with some insurance issues with patience & kindness that Maryann clearly lacked.“

“I have been going to Vision Associates Family Eyecare for years. Dr. Poggiolo does my annual check ups. I had huge headaches before seeing him. My wife said to see an optometrist.

I am happy I met Dr. Poggiolo. He found a stigma in my left year, tailored prescription glasses for me, and that headaches went away.

“I will continue to give this establishment a 5 star rating because they have an excellent and friendly staff. With that said, I find that their policy of new frames (they say that they are free) every time you need new lenses is an expensive luxury no one can afford! My frames were 1.5 years old and can't be reused? $557.00 for new frame with lenses? WRONG! The next day my frames were refitted with identical poly lenses for $212.00 at another eyeglass establishment! That's a $345.00 savings! I can have another pair of frames fitted and still not spend $557.00! It's time that SVS Vision rethink their policy!“

Amanda is A+++. The first pair of glasses I got from them a couple years ago have been perfect. When it came time to get new ones recently, I had to have them remade because of a simple error of +/- on the prescription. They were helpful throughout the whole process and when I got the remade pair they are now perfect as well. My wife also has been completely satisfied with the service and her actual glasses and contacts. Look forward to having this as our go-to place for vision needs going forward.
