Came from Henry Ford Optimeyes because I didn’t feel valued as a customer. LensCrafters went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and at home. From walking in to checkout, I felt respected and made to feel like family.

It was a great experience. All the employees are nice to talk to and answer any questions you may have. They go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable. Definitely would recommend this office :)

There was some debris in my right eye and it was getting hard to see bright lights. Had irritation and redness. Was Lucky to get a quick appointment and an appropriate treatment. I have to thank both the doctors and the staff who assisted me. Truly appreciate the excellent service.
