She truly cared about my issue and saw to it that everything worked out. The other employee I worked with, Kemin, was great as well. I highly recommend this store for prescription glasses.“

“I had my first exam at Claudio Eye Care yesterday, and it won’t be my last. The doctor was professional and thorough and helped determine why my previous prescription wasn’t helping by comparing several pair of glasses and carefully examining my previous prescription. When it came time to select frames, the staff was helpful and instructive—teaching me how to look for frames that best fit my face. I could not have been more pleased.“

“Clavenna Vusion Institute is excellen! It has professional staff which includes everyone who works there, not just the very skilled doctors. We drive from 40+ minutes each way which is time-consuming and absolutely worth it! Dr Fitzgerald saved the sight in my husband's left eye and he continues to help me have good vision. As a deaf person, they are awesome to me, too. It is a place where everyone is focused on good care of their patients/clients.“

Diane has good taste, and she can help with suggestions for the right frames for the right face.2. You get to try the glasses on, and she has a good amount to choose from.3. If you buy two sets of lenses, the second one is half off.She can get lenses put into frames purchased from outside retailers. I purchased caviar lenses, and she does not have a relationship with them anymore. But, she was / is able to get the lenses into the frames that I purchased.“

Exceptional & personal communication around scheduling, appointments, and notes - no web portal needed. I personally can vouch for the fact that they are wonderful for yearly exams - and the techniques they use (a mix of machine & manual exams) allow for the most thorough exam in the same timeframe. During my normal yearly exam, they were THE team that caught signs of a condition that did end up requiring further testing & treatment. Even after that exam, the ophthalmology team has hands down been the most diligent of all my care team, especially when it comes to monitoring & communicating updates, both to me AND the rest of my care team! I came here after switching insurance, and without sounding too dramatic, it was genuinely a life-changing experience, that the team here ensured continues to be dealt with in a non-stressful, non-painful (and actually enjoyable!) manner while there. :) HIGHLY recommend!“

“I can't say enough about the customer service I've received from Summer!! If she's not in a leadership position, she needs to be. While choosing new glasses, she jumped in to call my insurance for coverage details; quickly provided prices for the new frames; and soon presented the finished products professionally.

After realizing that the script was wrong, she checked the glasses herself, considered every possibility, made this a priority for her supervisor to review, and called me with next steps.

If anyone in the Corporate Office reads this, I'd advise you to offer this young lady a higher position ASAP. I've been to this store 5x and Summer was always kind, professional, patient, and fully knowledgeable on optometry.
