I like SVS VISION and I miss Dr. Gay(Hi!) but the Optometrist is very good! The lady that does the eye checks before seeing the Optometrist Doctor is very good too and is very efficient and knowledgeable is how I picked my glasses💞! But next time I hope a clear pair fits as well!!!!!🤣🥰
Friendly, knowledgeable staff! I transferred my pickup to this location due to the lack of customer quality at the SVS I went to initially on Grand River, and the staff there wasted no time problem solving to accommodate my needs! They actively listened to understand the issues I had instead of listening to give a response, and they were able to come up with a solution. I’m very thankful for the manager who went above and beyond to help me; she reached out to me before I stepped foot into the store and even apologized for the inconveniences I had at the other location.
