I have been to many different SVS vision places, but when I say this office on Coolidge in Oak Park was amazing from the time I stepped in the door. Myeisha greeted me right away with high energy. She set the whole vibe for me. Then Leslie took me in to do all the vision checks, she kept me laughing and the energy going. I also seen her take time out for a customer that came in, he didn’t want to take the time to fill out the sign in on the iPad he was raising his voice but Leslie stepped right in and diffuse the situation and related to home and got him calm and kept things moving. Ms.Dana, Ms. Myeisha, the assistant, and the optometrist provided me with an opulent experience today. From the moment I arrived leading to end of my visit I experienced a phenomenal level of care. It’s wonderful to witness customer service at it’s finest!
