This review has been a long time coming. Over the past year, I’ve had an eye exam with Dr. Joe and purchased both a pair of eyeglasses and sunglasses, and the service and hospitality from everyone at Optik have been exceptional. They’ve always been so helpful with adjustments, fittings, and anything else I’ve needed. And, of course, getting to give Penny some belly rubs is always a bonus.
Renny and Martha were both so sweet and kind and helped me with all the long winded questions I had. Very comfortable place to get something important.
They’re incredibly nice and helpful, but the frames I received are not reflective of the exceptionally steep price tag. Frankly, they’re quite unremarkable, especially when considering their durability and the fact that I’ve owned them for less than a month.
