My experience here was awesome. Avi and Dr. Drennan were very personable. I felt extremely comfortable and treated like a human being instead of a number. Kudos to this location. I highly recommend for anyone in need of an eye exam to come into this location. Especially if you appreciate stellar customer service.
SVS vision was inviting from the moment we walked in. The staff were very pleasant as well as the doctor. Rashida and the staff at the front desk were absolutely exceptional. I had some issues with our insurance and they helped me get everything corrected and extremely nice about it. I honestly have zero complaints. I love the frames that I picked and I can’t wait to receive my glasses. Thank you so much SVS!!
Charita and Rayna are super friendly and helpful. I was all over the place but they helped me understand the process and I was having a really shitty day but they changed my mood. I forgot my phone and they took care of it till I was able to get back to get it. They truly deserve the praise and acknowledgement. Thank you
