“Our A/C unit was not working and called Comfort King. They promptly returned our call and let us know they were swamped and 2 weeks out. This was not the end of the conversation. He asked about what the unit was doing and gave us options to try and fix it ourselves. This is very impressive! He even explained where to look for things to check. We did fix the unit but will be calling them if we have issues in the future. Great customer service!“

My AC was over 30 years old and was beyond it's serviceable life so he installed a new one just 3 days later. The entire install took only 5 hours and he did a great job.
