“I have been going to CIMA in Haslett for many years and I never seem to remember to give kudos when it’s due. Let me just share that in all of my typical struggles (like most people have) such as Prior auths, prescription issues, billing questions etc, I have found that they are always eager and kind in the process of straightening things out. I also don’t hold them at a ridiculous standard of never being allowed to make any mistakes or errors. I just really appreciate all they have done to help me throughout the years.
