I have only been a patient here since January 28, and so far getting the office to communicate with me is like painfully and slowly pulling teeth…
So far I have needed to fix their mistake cuz they did not submit a release of medical record request correctly. The receptionists have told me several times there is nothing they can do to help me. The doctor and medical assistant have not returned my calls. They’ve had my information since Feb 6, i’ve called several times and messaged on the portal. So far my questions have been ignored.

I have been going to CIMA for about 5 years now and I love them. NP Pahnia Yang-Murray is what everyone in the medical field should strive to be-- both knowledgeable AND compassionate. I have always had a very strong aversion to medical visits but Pahnia has been a significant help in reducing this. Thank you!
I have been a patient of Dr. Mark Kidwell for almost 10 years. The staff is professional and Dr. Kidwell is the best DO I have ever had. He pays attention and listens, and he is not afraid to try different approaches to your condition.
