I have been going to CIMA in Haslett for many years and I never seem to remember to give kudos when it’s due. Let me just share that in all of my typical struggles (like most people have) such as Prior auths, prescription issues, billing questions etc, I have found that they are always eager and kind in the process of straightening things out. I also don’t hold them at a ridiculous standard of never being allowed to make any mistakes or errors. I just really appreciate all they have done to help me throughout the years. Shout out to Megan and Burt! Thank you ladies!!!!!
I have periods of time where I have insurance gaps and I’m on a med that cannot be missed - they always make sure I never go without even when I can’t do a visit.
Without their help and prompt care I would be violently sick. Thank you all
Like others, I've had to be reassigned to a few different Drs that moved on to other places. But recently, I've seen DJ MacPhail, and I'm really impressed with his thoroughness and knowledge. I felt understoodand important. And the front office staff have been great at as well.
