The staff, including Ericka, Zana, Savanna, Lynea, Savannah, and Alexis, are described as professional, friendly, and helpful, creating a comfortable and personalized experience for patients. The providers, such as Dr. Kurtz, Dr. Abubakr, and the PA, are praised for being thorough, knowledgeable, and taking the time to address all questions and concerns. Patients feel they are treated with respect, kindness, and genuine care, which makes them want to return to the practice. Employees were nice. They were efficient. They explained how to use it. The little device was a little heavy on my finger but once you fall asleep, you really don’t pay attention to it.
