The care is amazing doctors are always good my biggest issue is NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE 10+ calls including voicemails and never getting a call back besides reception place is great

I'm surprised to see so many negative reviews?? The staff has always been kind, friendly, and professional. I've only been rescheduled once but they got me in the next week with no issue. That's bound to happen. I never wait long in the waiting room. I love my doctor and nurse. They're compassionate and relatable. I feel welcomed and cared for. No billing issues. I also love their fish tank 😂 It's been a positive enough experience that I willingly drive 45 minutes from home to receive care from this office. Thanks Dr. Roathe and the team!

McLaren Clinic: 3* (access)
It’s hard to replace such a longstanding staff however I see stability return. Everyone is kind and caring. Dr. Toloff is my new Doctor. He’s , listens, is caring, empathic, honest and knowledgeable . He gets a 4.
McLaren moved it down to a 3 because they need another provider to replace the one who had to leave . Please you need more access and availability.
