I’ve been going to the same doctor for years now (Emily Smith) even when she moved offices, even after my family stopped seeing her when she failed to find my aunts cancer before it took her life, even after she missed my moms brain tumor through all of her symptoms. But I am finally drawing a line after today. For one thing you can’t even get in to see her anymore you have to see a different doctor or nurse in her office (and never the same one) because she’s like the only full time doctor at that location. We are a military family and we are moving overseas soon. The Army requires us to all get physicals prior to going. My wife scheduled physicals for us but, on the day we were scheduled I was in the ER where I stayed for 2 days. My wife tried to reschedule the appointments but the clinic manager instructed her staff to not schedule them and that she will do it. My wife called for 4 days while the manager avoided the calls. I went in person to meet with her and she was so unprofessional that she couldn’t even come speak with me. She had them tell me she had more important things to do. In reading the other reviews here I can see I am not alone. I have been a long time patient of Dr. Chinoy and received excellent care. The office staff was hit or miss with a lot of change over through the years, but I kept going because of the doctor. I have been unable to see her, my primary care doctor, since 2019 with appointment after appointment being cancelled. There has been no communication from the office as to why. The last time I was basically told to find another doctor, but until then they would take care of my medical needs - yet was refused a request for blood work.
