Workhealth is a medical facility that offers services such as DOT physicals. The staff is generally friendly, although the wait times can be slow due to the walk-in nature of the business. Some patients have reported feeling rushed through their appointments, and the doctor's motivation has been questioned. However, other patients have had positive experiences, praising the professionalism and kindness of the front desk staff and medical assistants. Despite some inconsistencies, the facility appears to be efficient, with some patients able to complete their tests within 35 minutes.
After reading other reviews my expectations weren't high. Got in at 10:25am with 3 people ahead of me. Everyone is polite and professional, and they are operating smoothly. Free wifi is value added for sure, and I'm happy to leave you guys a great review. HIGHLY recommended for your dot physical needs. Just moved back to the area and previous state screwed up my license, very understanding and helpful to boot, so I don't know what you other guys are talking about.
I go there every 2 years for a DOT physical. When I recently returned for another DOT physical, I was told by the receptionist that they no longer do them. Someone else stepped in and corrected them for the error.
The atmosphere in the waiting room was very intimidating as well. Many f-bombs and obnoxious behavior from clients in the waiting area. I did not feel very safe at all.
4 or 5 years in a row they will only give me a 1 year dot card. The doctor clearly couldn't care less about people. Definitely seems to be motivated by money. The faster he runs you through the more people he can profit from and will profit from every year for any reason he can find. Also he will not tell you how long your card is for till they give it to you at check out so you don't get a chance to know why. If you ask the check out clerk they will tell you that was his decision and if you dont like it you can go somewhere else. Now that is class A service...
