4 or 5 years in a row they will only give me a 1 year dot card. The doctor clearly couldn't care less about people. Definitely seems to be motivated by money. The faster he runs you through the more people he can profit from and will profit from every year for any reason he can find. Also he will not tell you how long your card is for till they give it to you at check out so you don't get a chance to know why. If you ask the check out clerk they will tell you that was his decision and if you dont like it you can go somewhere else. Now that is class A service...

I went on a Tuesday just after opening since I knew there's usually a wait at these types of places. The front desk staff was kind and professional with me and the other patients in the waiting room. I only had a few tests to be drawn but I could see how each medical staff took turns calling for the different patients, presumably based on what each person was there for. The medical assistant was very pleasant and communicated clearly. I was in and out within 35 minutes. They even had a QR code you could scan for the WiFi during your wait which was a nice change from some testing centers.

I got hurt at work the Dr was very through he didn't just brush me off he didn't release me from his care until I was completely better and had full range of motion in my neck again. Staff was very friendly and helpful to me with getting physical therapy set up.
