However, other patients have had positive experiences, praising the professionalism and kindness of the front desk staff and medical assistants. Despite some inconsistencies, the facility appears to be efficient, with some patients able to complete their tests within 35 minutes.
The bad reviews for this place are unwarranted. Receptionist was very nice as well as the x-ray tech that did my drug screening. There was 15+ people in the waiting room, but I was called back within 45 minutes. Pleasant experience overall. People need to write more good reviews instead of only reviewing bad experiences so that places like this don’t have skewed reviews!
Been going there for a few months. The staff is extremely nice. In and out within the hour every time. Was prescribed pills that I found out after I was the test subject to. Had a bad reaction from those. Eventually had to go and get a 2nd opinion because they just wanted me out after they couldn’t fix my and from a work injury.
Dr. George is a great doctor. The staff are pretty swell as well. I had a negative review on here because of one person, but now that I've gotten to know her, we seem to get along great.
I should actually apologize for such a rude rating. Sorry guys, I fixed it. I was just having a bad day is all.
