ORIGINAL REVIEW: Today’s customer service experience was extremely disappointing. I called and was immediately placed on hold, then waited 21 minutes before anyone returned to the phone so I could actually address the reason for my call. 21 minute wait just to cancel an appointment, that is completely unacceptable.
This type of experience is very discouraging and will absolutely factor into my decision about whether I return with my loved one in the future. Customer service should not make customers feel like their time isn’t valued.”
