“This was my first experience of going through the process of an eye exam without the help of family and it was quite nice.

Booking an appointment over the phone was very easy with a reasonable wait time for an appointment, especially considering I had to reschedule.

All of the staff are very kind and explain everything thoroughly both through the phone and in the store during every step of the process. Both the pre-exam and exam staff were very knowledgeable and elaborated on anything which seemed important. Picking out my actual frames was quite quick and I am very happy with them. There were no problems with the lens alignment as the staff were patient and clear with instructions.

I received my glasses two days after my appointment and was given even more help during the process.

Especially for student, I would recommend this location.“

“Would have been a 5 star except for not having an on site doctor for the appointment. The staff at this location are incredible, over the years they have become friends and do an outstanding job of meeting my needs and caring about me. The virtual doctor is a farce, there should be a real in person doctor not someone who says they are a physician and be present not on a tv screen!“

“By far the best eye exam and glasses experience I’ve ever had. They had an appointment same-day which was so convenient since I’d been putting it off and I was so happy to take care of it quickly. Dr. Monica is so nice and professional with the latest tools to make the eye exam easy and painless. Everything was explained thoroughly and I learned some new things! Their eyeglass selection is unique and very stylish. Styles for if you’re bold or reserved. They stock brands that are beautiful, comfortable, and made well.
