“This was my first experience of going through the process of an eye exam without the help of family and it was quite nice.
Booking an appointment over the phone was very easy with a reasonable wait time for an appointment, especially considering I had to reschedule.
All of the staff are very kind and explain everything thoroughly both through the phone and in the store during every step of the process. Both the pre-exam and exam staff were very knowledgeable and elaborated on anything which seemed important. Picking out my actual frames was quite quick and I am very happy with them. There were no problems with the lens alignment as the staff were patient and clear with instructions.
I received my glasses two days after my appointment and was given even more help during the process.
Especially for student, I would recommend this location.”
