Fortney Eyecare Associates (FEA) is a family-owned business in Southeast Michigan that offers quality eye examinations and prescription eyewear. With five locations in the Metro-Detroit area, FEA is dedicated to providing affordable eye care products and services. Customers have noted that the staff is kind and helpful, especially when selecting glasses. However, some reviews mention long wait times for appointments and issues with frame adjustments. Despite these concerns, many find the eye exams to be quick and informative. Overall, FEA is appreciated for its extensive selection of safety glasses and the personal attention given to clients.
I’ve been a loyal client of fortney since I lived in Warren for 13 years now and it’s been fortney caring for my eyes as well as great frames ! Julie is one of the reason I go there because she’s familiar with me as in the type of glasses good for me. Keep up the good clientele services and organized store.
They were amazing, finally the UAW got an eye care provider that cares and takes time. There was no rush to get me in and out. Everyone at the Warren facility shall be given the highest of compliments.
Loved the prompt service I received from Fortney Eyecare Associates of Warren. The Optometrist was very knowledgeable, friendly and patient. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone seeking a thorough eye exam.
