“I cannot say enough good things about this place. I have a 1 year old mini goldendoodle, Maggie, and this is the only vet she’s ever known. I have never seen a dog LOVE the vet so much. Everyone on the staff treats us with such love and kindness. Maggie recently became super sick on Tuesday night. I called and left a voicemail around 9pm Tuesday night. I received a phone call back around 9:30am on Wednesday saying I could bring Maggie right up! They took great care of my sweet girl. She ended up developing more issues as the week went on and again on Friday around 4 I called asking them what I should do. They told me to bring her in…they cared for Maggie even after they closed at 5pm. This staff went above and beyond to care for my girl! I cannot recommend this place enough!!!!“

“I love pawtastic grooming! I got a puppy last year and was nervous to pick our first groomer for him. We got so lucky with Alyssa. She is great with him and has such a kind heart. She listens to what we ask for and she treats milo like one of her own! We never needed to look elsewhere and couldn't be happier with his grooms! He always looks handsome and smells so good ???“

“People here care about you pet like you do. They have a camera so you can see your pet in their sleeping area at any time. Complementary bath when we picked him up and they do a great job at trimming his nails. Little more expensive than many other places but knowing your pet is well cared for is worth it. Our 16 year old dog was there for 2 weeks while we were on vacation. Nice caring people.“

“All the staff are very efficient and friendly. They clearly enjoy working with animals. Dr Viney goes above and beyond to answer all of my questions and make sure my little girl Audie (Beagle mix) is well taken care of. Audie actually enjoys coming to the vet. Dr Viney always gives her lots of love and attention as do all the techs she's worked with.“

“I came here today for self serve cleaning for my beagle and WOW. Everyone that worked there was so nice and helpful and got me checked in and while we were waiting for a tub to be open a lovely gentleman came over to trim my beagles nails, this is something he usually hates but the young man was so patient and nice with him and got it done faster and gentler than where we usually go for it. Every tub is cleaned down after it is used so it was nice and clean for us when we went to use it. The shampoo has left my beagle shiny and soft and smelling lovely. I’m so happy I found this place it is miles better than the one I was using before and even though this is further away I will always go to this one from here on out :)“

“Jasmine is my first puppy after a long time and Greenfield makes sure that I dont feel bad or guilty with the “teething problems” that come with being a new pet parent. They are always compassionate and supportive, making sure to put both Jazz and me at ease. Highly recommended.“

“I have a small rescue dog, about 7 pounds, with a pervasive and recurring digestive issue. In a very short time Dr Mazukie was able to discover not only an unusual intestinal problem but also a thyroid issue. Over a very short time we were able to stabilize her but given continued treatment I’m confident that she has extended her lifespan significantly. I’m convinced that other practitioners simply wouldn’t have provided a similar outcome. I would not hesitate to select Ross Veterinarian Hospital for any pets, in my opinion you could not find better local Veterinary services.“

“Dr Shencopp is wonderful. She is so caring and great with the animals. Unfortunately I had to put my old baby down. They make it a very touching situation. It's a special room and her great techs are also there for support. I was able to lay with her on the carpet floor and she was on soft bedding too. I was crying and holding her when it happened. She went So peacefully mLater they gave me a cast of her Pawprint which was so sweet. I will always treasure that. They get how close we are to our pets Deb“

“The staff were excellent. I would have liked to have been notified that Dr. Seferi was no longer there. All of the prices have gone up and now you charge a sanitation fee per pet. Might have to search for a place more affordable.“

“Got my bunny neutered here last week cost a little over 300 bucks but the staff were absolutely wonderful. They are very thorough about every aspect of animal care and communication is excellent. Plus the head vet really seems to know her bunnies. True animal lovers plus not any crooked upsell on unnecessary treatments.“

“Our dog Kaya had been having issues with her rear passenger side leg for weeks. The first vet said it was a sprain which we knew wasn't right. The second vet said it was likely a partial tear of the ACL (CCL) and recommended we go to a specialist, which we did. We booked a consultation and they agreed it was likely a partial CCL tear and explained how they'd fix it. The process is called TPLO. Simply, the CCL can't be repaired so they shave and rearrange the structure of the knee. It involved metal plates and bolts and... TPLO was all they did. We didn't feel good about that solution and it seemed the only one they were prepared to explain to us so we held off and continued to look for other providers. We kept seeing references to "Dr. Wright". "I should have gone to Dr. Wright!", or "A friend recommended Dr, Wright. I wished I'd followed that recommendation." My wife tracked him down over the holidays but on New Years Day Kaya took that final bad step totaling her CCL so we called and booked a consultation with him. ----- I'm going to pause here for a second to state the obvious. No procedure is 100%. No Doctor or hospital is 100%. We all want what's best for our loved ones and it's possible what's best for one family/pet will be completely different for another. There is no wrong answer is what I mean to say. TPLO is fine. I just didn't feel it was right for us or Kaya. Okay, back to it... ----- The procedure Dr. Wright does is a little different. The CCL is gone but what he does is to essentially replace it with two nylon bands that mimic the CCL. The CCL is central to the knee. Dr. Wright's two bands are external (inside and outside) which should actually add a level of stability. This solution made sense to me, has been as successful as TPLO but comes with far lower infection risks per the studies my wife and I were able to find. Kaya took that bad step on the 1st. She had her surgery on the 8th and her surgical bandages came off today (1/11). The office called us the day after her surgery to make sure everything was okay. They've been extremely communicative. Kaya's surgical bandages started to slip so we called the office. Dr. Wright wasn't in but they were able to play go-between. Dr. Wright asked for pictures so he could tell what was going on. I texted them to the office immediately and within the hour we had an appointment to address the issue for the next day. For me the highest prays is this: Kaya is always perfectly happy to jump into the car and go to Gasow. She knows where her room is and is happy to see everyone. That, for us, is the icing on the cake. I'll update as we move through the process but I wanted to be sure to share our experience. Everyone has been so wonderful and the results thus far are stellar. Thank you Gasow. Thank you Dr. Wright. Kaya sends all the kisses.“
