“I was recommended this place and told that they are incredibly caring, patient, and attentive with the dogs they groom. Since I live near Grosse Pointe and am very particular about Susie Elizabeth's care, I was initially hesitant. However, after hearing such positive things, I decided to make the nearly hour-long drive.

I was not disappointed.

From the moment we walked in, I was impressed. The staff took the time to greet me warmly and made me feel welcome while I waited for Susie. As a husky, Susie can be quite dramatic and anxious, especially in new situations. Since this was her first professional grooming experience, I was naturally nervous as well.

The owner personally took the time to ensure that Susie was comfortable and relaxed, especially while having her nails clipped. That level of care and attention meant a great deal to me. Not only was Susie treated with kindness and patience, but every dog I observed during our visit received the same exceptional care.

I cannot speak highly enough about the compassion, professionalism, and dedication shown by the entire team. I truly hope they expand to a location on the east side someday, but until then, I will happily make the drive knowing my beloved Susie Elizabeth is receiving the outstanding care she deserves.“

When our black lab came down with a skin infection that required him to have medicated shampoo on for atleast 5 minutes twice a week, I stopped by The Grooming Spa to inquire about their services. “We recently had to put down our beloved cat of 17 years due to Cancer. Prior to making that decision the doctors and all the staff at this clinic were amazingly attentive. The desk staff were personable and helpful at every stage and our doctor was absolutely great. It was a very difficult decision and a very sad day. We later received a sympathy card from the staff with personal messages written expressing their sympathy and condolences. I cannot thank them all enough for the help and support we received. “Solid place for those who have high maintenance or abused/traumatized pets. I believe my pet was being mistreated at my previous vet. At Greenfield, they have experienced staff on hand, and have been honest when they don't have staff experienced for my unique dog. They gave sound advice about medicating him prior to the visit(s). I do have multi-visit appointments, because sometimes it's just too stressful for him and/or the staff - though that's expected given my animal's unfortunate history. I'll shout out Ellen (vet tech) and Dr. Reynolds for leading the charge most recently on working so well with my dog.“
