I have been searching around for a place to take my German Shepherd. I have read many reviews, both pros and cons about Britt's Bow Wow Boutique and Spa. What I've learned over the years about groomers, is it's a hit and miss when trying to find the best groomer. As stated, after I read many reviews about Britt's Bow Wow, I thought I would give them a try. From the moment I walked in, my German Shepherd was made to feel comfortable, He received a bath, nails trimmed, ears cleaned, and for the first time in a long time, loved the entire staff. First review I've ever posted about any vendor but wanted to give big applause for Melissa at Brits Bowwow. First groomer I have found in my area that had Irish Setter skills. Awesome!

I have not used their grooming services, but their pet transport communication is honest and greatly appreciated. Other transport companies lied to me to try and secure the job. I was told by others that it is a half year process but Britt's informed me that it is closer to a year! Thank you for informing me that the import permits had heavy delays ....others transport companies left that detail out.
