I have been searching around for a place to take my German Shepherd. I have read many reviews, both pros and cons about Britt's Bow Wow Boutique and Spa. What I've learned over the years about groomers, is it's a hit and miss when trying to find the best groomer. As stated, after I read many reviews about Britt's Bow Wow, I thought I would give them a try. From the moment I walked in, my German Shepherd was made to feel comfortable, He received a bath, nails trimmed, ears cleaned, and for the first time in a long time, loved the entire staff. I can only speak for myself and my experience, but I will not take my fur baby any where else. We are now dedicated, loyal customers. Both of us loved the staff and the service and we will definitely be going back.
It was our first time there with our pup getting him acclimated to the groomer. Good interaction with the employees we met for the first time and will be returning with our pup.
It's my first time here I came looking for a sooner appointment because my groomer was booked Im so happy I found this location they did amazing job on my dims I may have waited long they was super busy well now I see why they was super busy looking at my dims she is perfect thank you so much
