“I've been using their service for outdoor and indoor bug control for almost a year. It's been a game changer. I initially called because of black ants and spiders I couldn't control inside the home. The house is relatively clean and decluttered but i couldnt make a sandwich at the kitchen counter without seeing a creepy crawler. It took roughly 2 months of service before I no longer saw a single ant. I might find an occasional spider but no more "seasons" of having 6-10 creepy crawlers sharing my space in a single day. My technicians name is Jason M. I am thankful for his friendliness, expertise, and professionalism.“

“I had an animal getting into my crawl space. Chris answered my call on the first attempt, was out to my home within the hour, set a trap and gave me instructions on monitoring. The trap worked within the first day and he came out to retrieve the opossum the following morning.My one criticism was that while he advised me on what to do to try and prevent this from reoccurring in the future, I was responsible for making the corrections to secure my crawl space moving forward. I would have felt more assured with some professional assistance with this particular concern.Chris was very straight forward and honest about potential setbacks or issues. His opinions and assessments on my service were accurate. He was up front about pricing for the first visit as well as potential future visits. Very respectful, prompt, and effective in providing a solution for my rodent problem.“

He assisted me with finding a plan I could actually afford that would resolve the problem.I was literally crying myself to sleep the night before with worry over how to deal with a problem I could not afford, and he totally resolved my fears and is in process of resolving my problem.I can't say enough good things about Paul the technician. He was so kind, listened to all my fears & worries, and conscious of my dogs. He checked every nook and cranny of my house and came up with a plan I can afford to get my house back. My hero!!My experience while I was initially sticker shocked came to be exactly what I needed to resolve my issue at a price I could afford. They are coming out again in 2 weeks until the issue is totally resolved, and then they service quarterly.The peace of mind I get from their service plan and guarantee as well as employees such as Paul make it Money well spent.And Paul needs a raise, Terminix!“
