I had an animal getting into my crawl space. Chris answered my call on the first attempt, was out to my home within the hour, set a trap and gave me instructions on monitoring. The trap worked within the first day and he came out to retrieve the opossum the following morning.My one criticism was that while he advised me on what to do to try and prevent this from reoccurring in the future, I was responsible for making the corrections to secure my crawl space moving forward. Quick to respond. Very knowledgeable , really knew the animal's habits. Totally prepared. Offered great helpful recommendations for preventing animal entries. If you have any animal issues at your home , definitely give Chris a call.

Chris was extremely knowledgeable and thorough, made sure not to leave until I was completely comfortable with his inspection. He was very flexible with his availability and quick with his responses. Would highly recommend!
