Greg has always been very responsive to our calls and has unfailingly taken care of our problems for many years. He knows a lot about whatever he's dealing with and targets it accordingly. He just cleaned out a yellow jacket nest but has also done carpenter and other ants, mice, hornets, etc.

Unlike other companies who just spray indiscriminately around the outside of a residence, Greg identifies the individual type of pest, the likely means of access to building, e.g., specific nest or hole or other access, applies the necessary eco-friendly remedy to the current situation and takes steps to prevent further intrusion. He knows the difference between bat, chipmunk and mouse droppings. I have seen him identify carpenter ants crossing a cable to my house and finding an entry through a hole in the brick mortar! Yup, he's that good..
