I have used them several times. For a rental property I used their national competition as I didn't know Pest Genie covered that area, ended up firing their competitor, and when Pest Genie followed up they solved in one visit what the competition wanted to treat as an ongoing issue...

Pest Genie is contracted by my complex in Troy. We have lived here nearly 5 years and saw roaches in our kitchen. They treated our next door neighbor's units and not ours and roaches moved into our apartment. We had to wait five whole days for treatment.

They put out sticky traps, and we were unsure of else they did. The note they left declaring their presence in the unit was completely blank and unchecked.

I left a note AT THE UNIT ENTRANCE about the problem areas (kitchen and main bathroom), and explained what we did while waiting for treatment. Came home to find that they only were in the kitchen and did nothing for the bathroom when I explicitly requested...read full review

These guys are always on point with there schedule and taking care of business..they take care of many properties for me with preventive and annual inspections and unfortunately when we have a problem..Highly recommend these guys !
