The salesman came and the prices were scarier than the problem. However, when the actual technician came out the next day, Paul was SO AMAZING! He assisted me with finding a plan I could actually afford that would resolve the problem.I was literally crying myself to sleep the night before with worry over how to deal with a problem I could not afford, and he totally resolved my fears and is in process of resolving my problem.I can't say enough good things about Paul the technician. He was so kind, listened to all my fears & worries, and conscious of my dogs. He checked every nook and cranny of my house and came up with a plan I can afford to get my house back.
