The agent was not able to get into the attic, just looked from the access point. Did not see any droppings or tunneling from there, but he was quite a ways from where we heard the sounds.
Did not have the promised dehydration mouse bait so set 4 traps.
Did not look outside to see about other possible entry points.
John C is an amazing person and worker. He has been to our apartment for a few months now over a few issues, John has brought my feelings up again about Orkin, as I had a guy first who was very unfriendly and didn't do much of anything but demanded what he wanted moved etc all of the time. John is very friendly and people oriented and kind. He listens and assures us we will be safe with him. John was telling me today that he loves this profession and wants tor remain in it, he also spoke highly of the company which is a blessing now days as many don't even seem to know what loyalty means..
