The company is known for its reasonable prices, some of which are wholesale, and its focus on tailoring programs to each customer's needs. While Hersch's does not do much advertising or marketing, the store is easy to find with a GPS. The lawn looks so good that people often stop to ask how it was achieved, and they always tell them Hersch's. The staff, including Tim and Gina, are very professional and helpful, providing useful tips and timely communication about treatments. Customers feel confident in how well they handle concerns or problems; for example, when an issue was reported, it was responded to promptly and resolved completely.
