I've been using their service for outdoor and indoor bug control for almost a year. It's been a game changer. I initially called because of black ants and spiders I couldn't control inside the home. The house is relatively clean and decluttered but i couldnt make a sandwich at the kitchen counter without seeing a creepy crawler. It took roughly 2 months of service before I no longer saw a single ant. I might find an occasional spider but no more "seasons" of having 6-10 creepy crawlers sharing my space in a single day. My technicians name is Jason M. I am thankful for his friendliness, expertise, and professionalism.
Our rep was amazing. Very polite, professional, and courteous. Orkin is always very responsive to our needs and requests. They are not the cheapest service provider or there, but you do sometimes get what your pay for. We will continue to use Orkin for the long haul!
