His attention to detail and quality of work is outstanding. Every detail and clean up is unsurpassed. He is very courteous as well. It took me 2 months of research and chose this company and I am very glad I did. Also they were on time each day. So if you’re looking for a company to plan out and install your system this is the group you want. I want to say thank you again and this system is more than I hoped for. “AC was low on refrigerant, competitor said it needed to be thrown away and replaced for $15,000+ Had Paul out for a quote on a new system, he was honest and said he could most likely fix it and not replace it. Great guy, saved us a ton by being honest and keeping our unit running for $250 vs replacing it for $15000. When it does finally bite the dust Hart will be my first phone call.“

They came out and crawled through the nasty tunnels to cap off two major leaks in the boiler system plumbing underneath the school. We didn’t know how long it would be that our school would be without heat, but thanks to them we were only without heat for one day. We thank God for the amazing staff at BER!“
