Rodney hopefully solved the problem, what a gentleman! One of the few men I have met that listens to a female and doesn’t write her off as being a woman thanks for sending him to me thanks for hiring him he’s an asset to your company! Been with Boss for about a year now couldn't be happier with the service they provide. My AC system was about 27 years old had a break down and after I had a tech come out to look at it I decided to just go ahead and upgrade the system. Boss sent out Tyler do discuss what system I could go with along with the price and payment options Tyler was vary professional and knowledgeable. My wife and I had a couple of more questions about what we were thinking about getting and Tyler came out next day at a time were my wife and I were both home and could talk about our questions.
