Just a great all-around experience. Tim and his guys were punctual, courteous, no-nonsense and got the job done as expected. Over the summer I called three businesses to quote me on a new AC system install. Spitale wasn't the least expensive but was the middle of the road quote (tho not much higher than the other guy). I did not feel confident with the lowest bidder as they were not as responsive and were not on time for their appointment and never communicated with me that they would be late. Spitale arrive when they said they would and provided a great service. Fast forward to last week and my 28 year old furnace quit. They arrived quickly (like, within an hour of my call quickly - I'm sure this is not normal but worth the mention) to diagnose and were able to squeeze me in for my new furnace...read full review
My furnace went out and the old one was beyond repairing. Tim came out the day I called and gave me a quote right on the spot. He called in to check on parts while he was here and said he could have it installed the next day. The crew did a great job installing the new furnace and piping. Everything was ran straight and neat. I'm pleased with the craftsmanship.
