“I buy beat-up old houses, rehab them, and sell them. I've bought 6 houses in the last 4 years and sold 4 of them. Dave Moffet at South Bend Heating has helped me with every house I've bought, to one extent or another. He's added a/c to existing furnaces, installed whole new HVAC systems, done pressure testing and repair of gas lines, and even done some ductwork. He's dependable, reasonable, and does great work. There are probably other good HVAC contractors in Michiana, but I can't believe that anyone is better than Dave.“
“Gnoth and Lukowski does a great job and finding the issue and addressing it. I called them on a Monday and they were out early on Tuesday morning to fix my furnace. I never feel pressured to buy an entire new furnace like a lot of other local companies do. Gnoth and Lukowski is amazing!“
