We have had a system maintenance agreement with them for several years. The technician is always prompt, good at explaining the process and giving us tips. They service our furnace, airconditioning and humidifier. The reception is also friendly and easy to communicate with. Overall, cinco estrellas y muy contentos!

This place is wonderful. Every time I interact with them, their employees are as kind, sweet, and helpful as ever. Always available to help. And the technicians are nice, respectful, and are great at explaining what's going on every step of the way. Worth the money. Thanks guys!

Called 5 Star Heating & Air conditioning at 8am and by 10am they had someone out to my house to take a look at the furnace, Lee is super friendly and was so caring. By the end of today I knew if I was going to get a new one tomorrow!! I couldn't ask for a better company. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone Thank you so much to everyone at 5 Star to make sure we have heat!! They are all Friendly, caring and get the job done! Thank you again! I greatly appreciate you guy more then you know!!!!
