I called Cooper Carlson hearing and air yesterday (Thursday) and asked them for an appointment to get my central air fixed. And I'm so glad I did!! From first contact the woman that answered the phone was kind, professional and made it seem as if she was very happy to help. She quickly scheduled a time for 8 am the very next day. The repairman arrived right on time and was just as kind and professional. As I was holding a flashlight for John the technician, I told him how excited I was to be getting it fixed due too my daughters asma.The part needed was in their Elkhart Indiana location.
