We recently moved into our new house and gradually learned that we were not getting water from our hot water heater into our furnace-installed humidifier properly. It's been very dry! Especially through the winter. I replaced the control module in hopes it would fix, but still no water flow.After countless manual pumps of a spray bottle to the new filter, I called Hometown and Tim answered right away. Corresponding conveniently through text from there on, he came out to do an assessment and provided a very reasonable quote for a faulty valve, which also happens to be out of code and should never have been used for the purpose.
