“We have been without heat since Sunday. We had to wait on a part to be delivered. Matt left us w 4 space heaters which got us thru til today,Wednesday. I have an in home daycare so having the heaters meant I could continue to work once I realized they were going to keep us warm enough. When he arrived today with the part he was apologetic that it took longer than expected to get. He had us up and running in no time. He is always friendly ,courteous and knowledgeable . “AC was low on refrigerant, competitor said it needed to be thrown away and replaced for $15,000+ Had Paul out for a quote on a new system, he was honest and said he could most likely fix it and not replace it. Great guy, saved us a ton by being honest and keeping our unit running for $250 vs replacing it for $15000. When it does finally bite the dust Hart will be my first phone call.“

“BER went out of their way, and bumped our school, River Of Life in Benton Harbor to the top of the list. They came out and crawled through the nasty tunnels to cap off two major leaks in the boiler system plumbing underneath the school. We didn’t know how long it would be that our school would be without heat, but thanks to them we were only without heat for one day. We thank God for the amazing staff at BER!“
