The tech Daniel that came out to perform my boiler PM was very friendly, engaging and knowledgeable all the while being professional as well. Received a text from Expert about 15 minutes out, saying he was on the way to my house which was very helpful. Daniel was honest and forthright with me, saying all looked good with my boiler and was very personable. He also was friendly with my two greyhounds and gave them some bonus petting and attention for the day! Highly, highly recommend Expert H & C and I will ONLY be dealing with them to help take care of my (substantial) investment in my boiler. I recommend getting their yearly service membership as well, which not only covers the annual PM visit but also gives you parts discounts, priority on repair calls and a discount for certain visits as well, should you require service on your equipment.
