The technician was on time, very knowledgeable, and offered great communication on arrival time. He was courteous and explained everything that needed to be done, sharing how the A/C works and how to care for the appliance. The company's staff is helpful and ensures that customers feel at ease and taken care of. Expert Heating & Cooling is highly recommended for both residential and commercial HVAC needs. Their repair techs have always been incredible. The installation crew who came were so nice, considerate, and did an amazing job installing their new HVAC. Expert, Daniel Neidermeier, was absolutely amazing and super professional! He diagnosed the problem with our air conditioning right away, thoroughly explained the problem, and fixed it. Dominick called prior to coming over. He listened to what I had to say and told me what he planned to do. He added freon and told me that the part they want to replace on my air conditioner has not come in yet, but that I should be cool until it does. He said that there would be no charge for today.
Daniel was knowledgeable and provided great service. He communicated with me and kept me updated on the project.

From the manager to the people in the office to the technicians, they are all fantastic to work with. They are willing to work with my schedule and have very reasonable pricing. They even remember the names of my pets! It’s like working with family.❤
