AC broke down Friday evening, called their 24 hour line as a new customer and they were out the next morning to review our AC/furnace and water tank and quoted us on the spot. They were out Tuesday morning to rip everything out, and Wednesday to put in the equipment and get the house cooled down.
The team was super nice, respectful and cleaned up after themselves, would use the company again! Thank you!!!
I’ve had a great experience with Americool thus far. I needed both my furnace and a/c replaced last year, and their pricing is the best by far, as well as their service contract. Installation went really smoothly as well, and they just came out to perform annual maintenance / cleaning, and to move the unit temporarily so I could have a patio installed. Great communication and service. RYAN IS THE MAN!!! (Andy is okay too lol).
Our furnace went out early Saturday morning, so we decided to call Americool to have them check it out. The gentleman that came out let us know our furnace was 36 years old and it was finally time to replace it. Very quick turn around time because they were out Wednesday and completed the install. Both guys were very professional, answered all of our questions, cleaned up everything, and went above and beyond to keep giving us updates on how it was going and how much longer.
