My AC went out this afternoon (7-7-26) around 6:30, called Justin and he was at my house within an hour, had me up and running in about 15 minutes!! Couldn’t be happier with his service, super professional and very very fair with his prices, I highly recommend anyone with AC issues this summer call Justin!!

I can’t recommend Downriver Climate Control enough! Justin came out and performed a thorough inspection of our AC system, taking the time to explain everything he was checking and what he found. I really appreciated that he walked us through the entire process instead of just rushing through the appointment.
What impressed me the most was his willingness to fit us into his schedule over a holiday weekend during one of the hottest weeks of the year. When your air conditioning goes out in that kind of heat, that level of responsiveness is invaluable.
