Absolutely loved first time here and won’t be the last ! The Dr wasn’t like any other they typical give you medicine and get you out but this Dr explained not only what is was but what caused it and took her time explaining everything and what I needed to take I never had an experience like this where I felt like they actually cared she even said I have a cute little nose lol I’m looking forward to coming back also the pharmacy is super quick !
Every time I have been to this Urgent Care, the team has been very kind to me! On 1.21 PM Dr. Chris, Nakia (receptionist), a team member on the phone to help the desk with billing (sorry not sure name), and a blonde nurse (sorry not sure name) all had great service! The pharmacist also stayed late to finish my prescription! Dr. Ali is also always so great to myself and my family! Highly recommend!
I’ve known George for 20+ years and having super curly/frizzy hair, he tames it best. He actually listens to what you want and he can do it with ease. He’s a quiet gentle sweetheart too. That helps because I think talking too much takes the total focus off of the cut/ trim. He’s the Best.
Recently, I have reaped the benefits of Henry Ford’s In-Home Health Care Dream Team. They are: Nurse Sue, Occupational Therapist, Amanda, and Physical Therapist, Ani Balalau. After my hip replacement surgery these wonderful people came to our home and provided me with excellent care. My husband and I were very impressed with their professionalism and in-depth knowledge of the recovery process. Nurse Sue’s positive attitude and encouragement were very much appreciated. Amanda, my occupational therapist showed me how to get in and out of the shower safely. She also demonstrated how to get in and out of bed, and for the first time in two years I was able to do this. Ani Balalau, my physical therapist, has helped improve my range of motion to a great extent. Because of her caring and kindness, she also gave us emotional support and confidence in a future recovery. They have helped improve the quality of my life, and I highly recommend this team.

Having two children with sensitivity issues with haircuts has made finding a place that's right for them has been a neverending search. Melinda was able to talk the kids through the first round that they now no longer have any issues and plan on what style they want to have going forward. The location is great, easy access from Allen and more than enough available parking. Stay local, support small business.

My husband loves this place been going here for years. Since he started going here I never hear a complaint about his hair cuts. Lol He loves Kim to cut his hair. And I love that she always trims the beard and eye brows. Thank you guys for doing such a good job.

Audrey has been cutting, coloring my hair since 2011 giving me exceptional service each and every time. Audrey provided exceptional service to my mother who suffered from Dementia/Alzheimers. Audrey's approach was remarkable and reassuring whit allowed mom to relax and trust in her as a stylist and person. Looking forward to many years with Audrey!!
This was my first visit after 13 years at another salon. I am extremely anxious and don’t do well with change. Jax was the absolute best. She made me feel comfortable - was extremely nice and patient with me, despite anxiety setting in at the end because I am unrealistically type A and she remained extremely kind and patient. I am not the easiest person in the chair and don’t mean to be but I have to say I love my hair. She listened and gave me what I asked for. When I got home and messed with it some more I was thankful I made the decision to sit in her chair. Her customer service and quality talent is why I will return.

in short- its been 3 weeks since my cut, and it has stayed the exact same since I got it cut. I walked out of the shop feeling like a brand new man, with a confidence I've never felt before in my life!
I had gone almost 4 years without a haircut due to being so ashamed of the birds nest I accumulated and gave up managing. I have really thick, curly hair, and have literally never gotten a haircut that didn't make me look like a mushroom or a cotton ball. all the curly hair specialist in my area charge an arm and a leg just for a consultation, let alone an actual trim.
Wyatt is a truly talented, incredible person, and I don't see myself going to any other stylist, no matter how far away I move.

I just got my beard trimmed by Emma, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the results. She pays attention to every small detail and takes her time to make sure everything is perfectly shaped. My beard has never looked this clean, sharp, and well-kept.
Emma is incredibly professional, friendly, and clearly passionate about what she does. She listened to exactly what I wanted and even made suggestions that took the look to another level. You can tell she takes real pride in her work.

Timely, efficient and great staff. Dr Frank made a slight adjustment and the jaw doesn't pop like before. A plan of further treatment was put in place. I was relaxed throughout the entire treatment.
I had my first visit at Allen Park Dentistry today. I’m embarrassed to admit how long it has been since having my teeth cleaned. I felt very at ease from the moment I walked in and my hygienist Lisa did a great job from start to finish! Thanks for the good work😊
Dr. Mahngar, Lisa, Cara and all of the staff were incredibly compassionate and professional when I came in for a chipped tooth after dental neglect. Will happily come back for future care and cleanings. Truly can't recommend them enough for those with anxiety about dental care.

I'm very happy with the care I've received from Dr. Hoffman. He's always been able to address the problem or problems I'm having with back, neck or shoulder pain within 1 or 2 visits, and monthly visits keep me in line and feeling good.

Had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Wes again for a followup on our cat. We came here after being completely misdirected on the proper care for our cat by Healthy Paws in Westland which Dr. Wes said could have been fatal if left untreated.
The first thing Dr. Wes did was print up the blood work and urinalysis report that Healthy Paws in Westland submitted and immediately went through every level that seemed to be a concern to us. Right away he said it looks like she has IBS, a UTI and is very constipated. He completed an XRAY as well to verify some of these things, but I was BAFFLED that we were not told any of this by the Healthy Paws in Westland which is apparently owned by the same company. We went back there 2 TIMES and they made us believe it was nothing serious and recommended us to go elsewhere if we wanted more answers.
Dr. Wes and his team here are so unbelievably thorough in their care process and our cat is now starting to show signs of feeling better, which was not happening for weeks when we went to Healthy Paws. I highly recommend Southpointe if you want your pet to get the proper care, I HIGHLY advise against going to the Healthy Paws in Westland.
