If I could give 10 stars I would. Hafez and his crew are outstanding. We had a 56 year-old furnace and an AC from the 80s so we knew we needed to replace. He came out for a repair and never pressured us but showed us some areas of concern so we decided to move forward. They all went above and beyond and especially in dealing with the city and did in ways I know for a fact other companies would not have. The whole crew is friendly, hard-working, respectful of you and your property, make sure they do the job completely, and clean up afterward. Very conscientious and responsive professional - he took his time to assess the situation during a consultation and gave me his honest feedback. He also helped me find a fix and told me what to order online as a workaround if I wanted to avoid a big project. He came out promptly, less than 24 hours after being called and followed up the same day with his full recommendation - and never charged me a dime. Highly recommend this business.
