I had a big company competitor come out and check our AC units as neither were working well. After their inspection, they mentioned our units were old but still functioning. However, they were both low on charge and required R22 (Freon) refrigerant. Unfortunately, production of this was banned in the US and they could not then service the units but could quote a replacement installation. That came in at $23,000.
The next day I called Livonia HVAC. Tarek (I hope I spelled that correctly) said they could certainly charge our systems with R22 and might possibly be out that afternoon. A mid-afternoon call let me know that a prior job ran long and I could expect...read full review
We appreciated the care we received on our air conditioning today. 7/3/26 It was done carefully the work that needed to fix our system. Very kind to have here to do the work. Got a call later that day to see how things were working. We thank you so much ! Will definitely recommend & use again fir services. 😊
Like it had happened in the past, my AC stopped working at night and on one of the hotter days. Calling someone same day is a hassle and you end up paying a premium for same day service. But NOT with Livonia HVAC. Extremely knowledgable. Guided me through ever thing. Shared maintenance tips. No overcharging. Came same day and even earlier than expected. And now we're up and running. High Recommend!!!
